Calling all geography students

If you are studying Geography at school please complete this online questionnaire, using the ESRI UK QuestionWhere Builder. It will only take a few minutes and will provide the Geographical Association with valuable information.

In February 2009 the Geographical Association commissioned Ipsos MORI to investigate which issues students think are important and whether they feel they are learning about them. We want to update this and find out what impact geography, as a subject in school and an academic discipline, has on young people today.

Teachers would certainly say geography helps young people develop an understanding and appreciation of the world around them. But do we really know the impact on you? Well this is your chance to tell us what you think

Your views will contribute to this year's GA conference, ‘Making an Impact', and will help us all reflect on the geography that young people encounter at school. Your thoughts and advice will help us improve geography. We want you to have the best information available as your generation will be responsible for the management of our landscape and environment in the future.
